Posted 21 Oct 08 02:28 RDBA industry should be opposite to the low budgets of IT. The less budget there is the more likely RDBA service will be considered. Mostly because it saves money drastically. There are lots of various small budget yet high expertise firms out there. For example the company I work for: www.sats.net |

Most of the IT departments will do the following in this depression - fire the existing costly, high wages employees and hire new ones for much less salary from the street. There is no doubt that one can pick up top talent during depression and low cost. IT outsourcing will die its natural death. Who would want to outsource when it is cheaper to hire own team? |
